The Real Aircraft Club based at Breighton Airfield (located between Selby and York) has invited Club Alpine Renault and the Yorkshire Motor Club to join in the fun of their G-George 1940’s Weekend on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 August. The vintage aircraft alone are worth the visit and a sight to behold. Tuition planes excepted, it’s doubtful that any of them are younger than early fifties, and there must be around sixty in total. Add to those the G-George 1940’s special events, and we are promised a fun-filled weekend.
