CLUB ALPINE RENAULT MEMBER OF THE YEAR AWARD
If, as a member, you use your car to attend car shows, show your car at events, participate in tours, rallies, car meets, track days and competitive events, you could be our Club Member of the Year.
ENTRANT ELIGIBILITY:
Open to all fully paid up members of the Club from 1st August to 31st July, a full membership year.
Scores will be totalled and the winner announced in October of the new membership year.
The Award presentation will be at the following AGM.
The winner will keep the Trophy from the November AGM to the following October, when it must be returned to the committee for future engraving.Scoring
SCORING:
Points are awarded to a club member participating in any of the following categories in their Alpines:
CATEGORY
- Attending a Car Show with your car. – 1 Point
- Setting up and assisting in the running of a club exhibition stand or providing your car for Exhibition Display. – 2 Points
- Participating in a Rally Tour, Touristiques or Treasure hunt – 2 Points
- Local organised car meets of more than six cars Alpines or otherwise. 1Point
- Le Journal article – 2 Points (Submitted and published or approved for publishing by the magazine editor.)
- Attending and supporting club members participating in a Motorsport activity. – 1 Point
- Competing in Competitive events held under Motorsport UK ruling or International competitions under FIA guidelines – 2 Points
- Attending European club meets in your Alpine – 2 Points
- AGM attendance – 2 Points
ADJUDICATION
The Committee will make all final decisions on scoring eligibility should an issue arise.
SUBMISSION FOR AWARDING OF POINTS:
Photographic evidence is required as proof of participation as follows:
- State event category
- State Name and Membership number
- Submit a LOW RES. picture showing on the day evidence. (JPEG format )
- State the location of the event.
